I am setting color variables for a color set of 12 values using #060914 as the base dark color. I use HSL slider to adjust each of the values so gradually is will be lightest on the 12 var. When I copy/paste to the next var, the ‘H’ value and ‘S’ value change when i paste it. Why is it doing this?

Thanks for flagging this! I am not able to reproduce the issue on browser and desktop app. I tried ‘copy’ and ‘paste’, and ‘duplicate variable’

  • Could you clarify whether the issue occurs on the browser, desktop app, or both?
  • If the problem is only on the desktop app, please ensure you are using the latest version of Figma. You can check for updates by clicking Figma > Check For Updates... in the top right corner of the desktop app.
