How does it work when you request a refund but figma support doesn't respond?

The professional plan for this month of April was renewed by mistake and I requested a refund.

I spoke to a very kind operator who gave me two options in the email: “I can either refund fully by canceling your subscription or I can refund for only the extra users charged this month, but keep the plan active”.
However, I didn’t see this email right away, I saw it a few days ago and I replied to him with the first option, except that he no longer replies to me and this Saturday the days you can request it run out.

I don’t know what to do, I even opened another ticket to get their attention, but no one responded

Our team has been experiencing higher volume than usual, but I can confirm that support received your reply.

Someone should follow up on either your previous ticket #981540 or your newest ticket #990292 as soon as they can.

Hi, I have the same problem and no one answers my email.
I cancel my subscription on Figma app and i want to make a request for refund. The payment has been make today and as you tell in refund policy if i live in E.U i can request payment refund in 14 days of purchase.

Support usually replies within a few business days. I don’t see any recent support requests from your email address associated with your forum account though.

How did you try to reach support? Did you submit a request to us using this form? https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
