I am following the tutorial of Figma For Beginners: Explore Ideas (1/4) and also doing it at the same time. I followed the video and tried to duplicate ‘‘Mobile Wireframe UI Kits’’. But I couldn’t publish it to my draft, since I am the Starter plan currently. My question is how can I use the components from the Figma Community if I am using the Starter plan (Or does that mean I can not use the components from the Figma community if I am not paying)?

Hey @anitalin, sorry for the trouble!
You can’t use components that are located in a community file, since you can’t publish the library on the Starter plan. But you can copy+paste components into your file or use the Mobile Wireframe UI Kit file to design from. Just add pages and use the local components from there.
