Help! How to to get access of my Figma project

Hi, I have been working on one of the project for 2 years and since last 2 weeks I am continuously stopped to access my project, my access turns in to ‘View only’
Today, I have been forcefully stoped my access for view only too.

I see in our backend that the support team is investigating the issue with the link of your file. Please continue via email, and feel free to share any insight when you have an update here for the community!
