If you are still running into issues, as a first workaround, please try uninstall then re-install again Jira to Figma app? You can follow the setup direction here.

Make sure to use your Figma email account, and please share a screen recording showing the full screen (with the full steps you are taking to reproduce the issue), and the console log errors after receiving that error along with network logs so we can investigate further.
