Thanks for flagging. Just curious, do you know how big the original file was? Due to browser limitations, the width or height of an image must not be larger than 4096 pixels. Figma will scale any larger images so they fit within these limitations. So, I’m thinking if this limitation is applying to your file.

If that doesn’t sound like the issue, could you shoot over a screenshot and the original file you imported? We’d love to take a closer look!
