can I get creator of a file by rest api?

You can get the user who created the first version of a file using the GET file versions endpoint.
how to get this i tried but there is no endpoint to get the first version
If the file is in a paid team project, then you can use the endpoint specified above.
i am getting versions but last it says [prev_page] and [after_page] now how to get to prev_page i tried running url it says invalid token
