Font instance set

Thanks for reaching out. Let me confirm what you’d like to achieve first. Would you like to change all text fonts created by the same component? There could be some ways to do so.

As you mentioned an instance, I think you have a component for them. In that case, if you change the font of the component, the font of the instances should be changed at the same time.

If you’d like to change all fonts for text layers, you can change select all text layers via quick action (Mac: ⌘ Command / or ⌘ Command P. Windows: Control + / or Control + P) and change the fonts as you wish. So, exploring quick actions could also help you.
