I need to make an old price tag that should be crossed with the line over the top. The problem is that the price contains three different parts + the line and when I need to have for example 3 digit numbers the line is not filling via frame it is inside.
Is it even possible to make the line responsive or is that unreal?

I think you are a bit overcomplicating the layout.
Look at the structure in video. And it is working in my file.
The line should have an absolute position property in the frame and constraints set to Left and right.
Stretch it to the desired width. Now that it has absolut position it won’t affect other layers.
