From one moment to the next, my file tabs shifted from being able to easily differentiate page names and file types… to me staring blankly at a bar of sameness. No color in the icons unless you hover. The icons are thin, outlined and hardly noticeable now.

The colored icons used to help me distinguish the visual start of a new tab. And the dark background also helped me read the labels better.

I did notice that if there is an emoji in the front of the file name, it will replace the file type icon… which I guess can help me with distinguishing page names better but I don’t want to add an emoji to each page name. And then I lose the file type indicator if so.

I know there’s an adjustment period for everything, but I’d love to be able to see the icon colors again (without hovering)!
