Hi, I’m a motion graphics designer and I started learning Figma.

I’m very confused about the work processes between Figma, After Effects and the programmer in the end.

Can someone explain to me how things work here? Do I first design in Figma and then create a Lottie with After Effects?

Also how do I make the animation interactive? Is this something the programmer does? Or do I make somehow the animation interactive?
