Facing error 202

Team, I’ve been facing Connection error 202 on the desktop app since the last few days.

  • I use a Mac.
  • My internet works fine.
  • I have tried to re-install desktop app.

Hey there, sorry to see you’re facing this error!

Per your screenshot, we suspect there’s something about your company’s network that might be interfering with the connection between the Desktop app and Figma servers.

Notice the Error navigating to ‘https://www.figma.com’: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Can you ask your company IT team to help you unblock port 443 and allow list figma.com on any proxies, VPNs or firewalls?

If that doesn’t help, or there are no security filters on your network, please reach out to the support team directly via this form for help: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Please use your Figma account email, save and send over your Desktop App debug info file. On Mac, you can find this in the Help menu under Troubleshooting. They’ll be able to take a closer look.
