Exporting image white shadow creates white pixelated halo

I confirm that the problem you’re facing is related to a long-standing bug. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for a resolution.

About the workaround, you can turn on “Show behind transparent areas” on the drop shadow after clicking on the image. Please see the screenshot below:
