My employees have 2 accounts logged into figma. One is enterprise, the other is free. Is there an activity log that tracks whether the user has copied objects from a file in the enterprise account to the free one?

Hi @Romulo Nascimento, thanks for reaching out!

No, there is currently no way of knowing if a user has copied objects from one Figma file to another. On the Ent plan, you can access activity logs to see if/when a user has copied and shared a file, which can give you an indication of potential copying activity. But again, it won't show the exact elements copied within the design itself.
