What time does the customer service center start responding?

When I went to work after the weekend, the project had been completely deleted. It was deleted from Draft history and no email was sent notifying me of the deletion.

Did someone maliciously access the administrator account and delete the project and even delete the Figma notification email?

I sent an inquiry email to the customer service center, but since it is a very urgent matter, I want to receive a quick response, but I am not sure when it will be processed.

I checked on our backend, the support team replied to your ticket. For visibility here, “it looks like the team that the file was located in has been deleted, and the original team owner will be able to restore the team via the automated email that was sent after deletion.

When a team is deleted, this deletes all files within the team and it stays available to restore for 28 days. After that period the team and its files delete permanently. This action unfortunately cannot be undone.
