A week ago I upgraded to the “Professional” plan and my debit card was charged $15.90 but when I login with that same account now I see this account is on the “Starter” (Free) plan and I have no access to professional features like dev mode.
I see no option to contact the Figma accounts or billing team directly and the charge show’s up on my bank statement as a recurring payment.
Unfortunately, I am going to have to dispute the charge through my bank and say that this is fraud (because at this point, it really is).

Hey @Real-Currents - first, sorry for any confusion on trouble with this.
Upgrades are on the team level, and not the account level.
The most common reason we see users unable to access Professional features is that the files they’re working in are not located in the team they upgraded — any file outside of this team will not have access to the additional features.
