Dev Mode in Members dashboard on Professional plan

Is there a way to see Dev-Mode-only seats in the Members dashboard on Professional plan?

I’ve tried to search here and google this but only found info that it was available for Beta users on Org end Enterprise plans…

The Dev Mode is included with a full Design seat on the Professional plan. However, a standalone Dev Mode seat is only available on the Organization and Enterprise plans; it’s not available as a standalone option on the Professional plan. The thing is that I did not see developers on the dashboard — it turned out that it was needed to restart Figma to see them…
