I see that you’ve already been in contact with our support team regarding this issue, and they are assisting you with it.
To clarify, the Figma pricing page shows that Figma Design offers “unlimited file storage” for all plans. And, if you are on the Starter plan, there’s a limitation of “a single team with 3 files”, as described at Figma-plans-and-features.
