Is there a possibility to deep link into a Figma plugin?

ie. have a URL like this www.myfigmaplugin.com/colour=ff0000

and have it open myfigmaplugin in Figma with #ff0000 selected as the default colour?

I’m not too fussed about the actual format of the URL, opposed to actually implement something like that.
