How much later? What’s actually the problem?

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies for the Figma website (including the help.figma.com domain), and see if that allows you to submit correctly?


At the moment, our support ticketing system seems to be working when you submit a new request via our help form. Are you using our help form here, or are you trying to send an email directly to an alias?


If you are sending to an alias, what alias are you sending to? If you’re using the help form, can you show a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?
