Components not publishing

Any ideas why certain components are not publishing. Seems to be happening to several components and I cant spot a pattern. Seems temperamental, but possible I’m missing something.
In the video, you’ll see me publish a component only to find it’s still listed as updated afterwards.

Help much appreciated.

Same happens to me. But when I close the file and open I again, it is shown as published and works properly.
