Hello, I am using a premium account for 3 month, I only have 1 seat and paying for it for 2 month, today I found out that I am charged for 3 additional seats I don’t ask for and I don’t know what to do now, have anyone ever had same problem which was solved?

Usually this happens when a user has self-upgraded to a full seat, by redeeming an invite to edit a file, or when their seat has been upgraded by an admin or owner.
