I can’t login on IOS Ipad app anymore. It worked before but to login you need to login through the browser of course but when the browser opens to login i get the message as seen on the bottom of the post.


There are no updates for any browsers or Figma, how do I fix this?

I’ve already tried restarting and clearing the cache, any other ideas?


The IOS version is 18.2 in case that helps


Hey @Yerols – a few questions for you (just to make sure I cover all bases):


Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Figma app itself, and still get the error?


Is the account you are trying to access your own personal one, or is it part of an organization owned by your employer?


I also noticed that you may have a focus setting on (from the paw icon at the top right of your screen). I don’t know if that would necessarily be relevant, but if you turn off that focus, does that clear this up?


Wanted to check with you on these things - I tried to replicate this on my own iPad, and I’m not able to (I can sign in as expected). Let me know when you have a moment.
