Can't I search for ONLY just one word? (and ONLY THIS ONE word)

Am I missing something here or is it really not possible to search for ONLY one word? 🤔
(What I’m trying to do is find this exact instance to replace it throughout the whole page; hence why I need it to find ONLY “header” not “.column header” or “.OSO header”…
