I had a file I have been using for years. It was large with lots of images.
I have just logged in and can’t find it. I don’t have much in Figma, so its very obvious its missing. There is nothing under trash. Last time I used the file for approx 3 weeks ago. I have no email from Figma, so nothing about errors or deletion or inactivitiy.
The file is very very important to me due to the work gone in to it.
I raised a ticket but due to my plan, it advises I seek support here.
Can someone assist me, this is very frustrating and concerning.
