Bugs related to selecting and dragging

Hello guys, I have a problem in Figma both desktop app and web versionand I tried both my accounts and it was the same problem and the problem is whenever I try to select an item i cannot drag it, resize it properly, delete it, or do any other changes.
And there’s like a double shadow mouse when the mouse is on whatever item. Help please!!!
