Background blur option missing in effects

So I recently started learning Figma and I was watching a tutorial, I couldn’t find the background blur effect in effects option it had only style and that was drop shadow, is there any way I can add it to styles?

Just create a new effect style or edit an existing one, or detach an applied style and add an additional effect.
