Why my Auto layout’s panel is not the same as the picture

Different UI version. It’s UI3 in your screenshot. You probably have old one — UI2.

@Nellya is likely correct. We’re slowly rolling out UI3 to all users, so if Auto layout looks different on your end. You’re likely still using UI2.
