When I open the assets panel with ⇧ + i iand select an asset], the panel often does not close when I click outside of it, sometimes it needs multiple clicks, sometimes it does not close at all until I click “somewhere special” like outside of any frame (?). It is super annoying. Is it just me?

Thanks for flagging. We don’t receive any similar reports and also can’t reproduce it.



Could you try the troubleshooting below?



  • Close any Figma tabs you’re not using

  • Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.

  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
