I found it today all of my files are gone, and can`t find it in the folder “Delete”, my account is empty

I noticed that your previous ticket was closed, but I’d like to ask if you could check one more thing on your end.

Is there a dropdown icon next to your team name?

If there is, it means you have access to more than one team or organization. Try clicking on that icon to switch between them and see if your files are there: Guide to the file browser > Your sidebar


If you’ve given that a shot and it’s still not clear, please let me know and I’ll contact our support team to follow up on the ticket for you.

Thank you so much for your help! It turns out that there was a bit of confusion on my end. The browser for some reason auto-filled the wrong email for me when I was signing in, which opened a completely empty Figma account. I’ve now signed in with the correct email, and all of my files are there as expected.
