Hi, guys, a newbie here.
Just moved from Sketch to Figma, imported my sketch file successfully and got stuck on this step one. All of my pages show in Zoom to fit option, but whenever I try to zoom in or out (with mouse or menu) everything just disappears( No matter how far or long I scroll.
I tried to import a file with just one page, and it’s the same - I can’t zoom in or out, I can see it only in Zoom to fit view.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds strange. Does it happen both on the browser and the Figma desktop app? If it is just display problem, you may be able to fix it with this step:
If the issue persists, would you be able to share the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won’t affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further.
