Smart animate is not available in the animation section… any thoughts?

As it’s in a variant that isn’t supported yet, it should be in the interactive components beta. You can sign up to try it.

If you already can create such connections, interactive components must already be enabled for you. So just choose Animate.

Same issue here. I can’t see the animation option in my tool bar.
