I’m very new to this and I’m trying to figure out if I can import or use these files “prototyping in Figma” or “Wireframing in Figma” As components in a new design file?

You can copy-paste objects from one file into another one, if that’s what you mean.
Aaa so I can just open two windows. One with my own project and one Figma file and copy paste and then I will get that component in my document?
