Your file was not published to the Figma Community

Hi everyone, I recently shared a new resource with the Figma Community as I have in the past. This time it was 30 abstract backdrops in 6 shades of Pink.

Unfortunately, for some reason, I received an email stating that my file was not published to the Figma Community.

"Unfortunately, we ran into a problem while publishing your file, “Spectra: Pink 3D Abstract Backgrounds.” This may happen if our system believes the file has violated our [Community guidelines]. If you believe this was in error, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at [content-reviews@Figma.com].

I do not think I violated any community guidelines and would be happy to make any other changes. However, the email did not provide any other information. I did reach out to the Content Review team but not sure how long it might take to resolve this.

In the meantime, I would love to get some direction on what to do next.

Thank you.

Hello…
I am also facing same problem.
I have published a Figma file into the community, it said “Your file will soon be available for everyone in the community to duplicate and share.”
It’s been a few ours and I am getting 404 error.

Here is the link.

Please look into it.

Hello @Celine_Figma Can you please take a look at the issue I posted above.

Hey @Uday_kumar , I’ve escalated internally, and your file has been approved!
