Hi,
We transferred the project from another account to our own account. We published the libraries and linked them to our Figma files. Unfortunately, component instances do not work. When we click on go to main component, we get the error “you don’t have access to file”. It is not possible to import all the components one by one in a project consisting of hundreds of files and thousands of pages. Please we need your urgent help regarding this issue. Thanks

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing on my Figma account. I am currently on the Starter plan and have encountered a problem accessing a specific file named “Coilycue.” This file is critical for my job as it contains vital information I need to access.
Recently, I opened the file without any issues, but now I am unable to access it. The error message states that one of my team libraries, specifically my core team library, is locked. I am unsure how to unlock this library to regain access to the file.
Additionally, when I attempt to open the “Coilycue” file, I am prompted to message the owner of the file for permission. However, I am the owner of this file, so this message seems to be a mistake.
Could you please guide me on how to unlock my core team library and restore access to my “Coilycue” file? Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I urgently need the information contained within this file for my work.
Thank you for your support.
