Unable to reactive figma pro membership, support unresponsive

Hi I am trying to resume my Figma pro membership but keep getting this error, after 2 days of trying support I’m posting here

I am getting an error “Only active mandates can be used with PaymentIntents” on multiple cards no matter which one I use.

Can anyone help me here? Support hasn’t replied and I’m stuck
