1. Describe the bug/issue you’re running into?
- I have 16 users on the team that cannot edit or create text on Figjam design files.
2. Are you able to consistently reproduce it? If so what are the steps?
- Yes, this can be duplicated with any file these users open. Each can log in to their account and view all projects and boards but when an edit with text is attempted, the user is blocked and cannot edit existing text or create any new text on the board.

4. Is the issue only happening in the desktop app or a specific browser , or both?
- This issue is happening with both the browser and the desktop app.
5. What OS/version and/or browser/version are you using?
- OS Intel(R) Core™ i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz, Chrome Version 100.0.4896.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
