When you hold your mouse down, then enter or exit an interactive component, the mouse enter and mouse leave don’t trigger. I believe they should still trigger.
An example of when this is useful is for when you want a dropdown menu (as mentioned in the tutorial page). You should be able to click and hold to open the main dropdown, move over an option, and see it highlight.
