I want to make a low-poly illustration (made of triangles). And It’s quite difficult to place each triangle separately, because It has not a binding with other shapes. Is it possible to draw all the triangles at once with pen tool and then color them into different colors?

No, this isn’t possible in Figma. You can use Split Vectors plugin to split this shape into separate ones (or just do it manually with cut & paste).
