We have 5 seats that we have approved but you have charged us more than $17,000. No one has ever approved for more seats. It looks like the system has auto approved more seats as well as charged us for seats we have not approved. I am looking for refund other than the 5 seats.
I have created 2 tickets but still i haven’t received any reply from support team.
