Incorrect Seats Invoice

We have 5 seats that we have approved but you have charged us more than $17,000. No one has ever approved for more seats. It looks like the system has auto approved more seats as well as charged us for seats we have not approved. I am looking for refund other than the 5 seats.

I have created 2 tickets but still i haven’t received any reply from support team.

Hi @J_Daks - it looks like you’ve got a couple of support tickets lined up, and that someone on our end (Ben) has reached out to you already.

If you did not receive that response, please let me know. This can’t be handled on the forum for security purposes, but I can check in to see if anything is going on.
