I am trying to merge those two in one:

Horizontal & Vertical Scrolling | Figma Tutorial

I want to have vertical and horizontal scrolling like in the video tutorial (starts at 3:40), and have a static, not moving background that is behind the content.

So far my attempts have led me to a static background that is not in the back and the text goes behind it while scrolling.
