[Fixed] File won't open? Stuck loading?

image

Some errors when calling 127.0.0.1:44950, which looks like a bug.

Any update from @Figma ? Bad deployment? I guess theres a reason people say Sketch is still industry standard? There goes the last 14 hours of work … converting presentation to powerpoint. @thudson page in the dev team

Same here.

Same problem for me!

Working fine here now!

It’s August 19th and I’m having the same issue for weeks now. Figma Desktop Version 99.0 MacOX Catalina. Macbook pro 2012, internal SSD 2T and only 23% full, 16 G Ram.

Everything was great and then since about August 1st 1-3 min. to open a file and working on a file is lagging too.

PLEASE FIX THIS. I checked the ticket board and it says resolved but for me, my issues started around the time the ticket was “RESOLVED.”

HUGE PRODUCTIVITY ISSUE AND MISSING DEADLINES. ABOUT TO SWITCH BACK TO XD.

FIX IT!

Same problem here. I’m using the Mac desktop app (yes, it’s up to date) so no browser issues – but the prototype file will not load. It’s just hung up on the loading screen, exactly like so many others have posted already.

Same problem here too. On MacBook pro. The prototype is failing to load on both the application and browser.

The same thing is happening to me as well!

Recently I was approved for Figma Beta and am on version 101.6. This has helped the file loading problem but not 100%. I’m using Mac Desktop.

Yep! Stuck on the loading screen as well!

I use the interactive component beta not sure if this is the same thing

Same thing for me – I can’t load any of my prototypes; stuck at 95% loading. I use the interactive component beta as well.

Same issue for us with prototypes. Loading sticks at 95%.

Same here, not using interactive component beta

We’re aware of this and actively investing/working on it. Please see status.figma.com for updates.

Closing this for now as it was an old thread related to a different service disruption.
