Figma won’t load on desktop. It’s just a blank “loading” screen and never goes anywhere. Have tried restarting and not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot.
The same problem on app. I don’t know how to solve it. It has been troubled for many days, but the web page does not.
I have the same problem more over the week! But today i’ve get the last windows update and then load last figma version, so i can say that my issue have solved and figma running stable!
So just put your PC to update and reinstall Figma!
I am having the same problem, 2 years later. I’ve updated my Mac, reinstalled Figma, but no luck. Just a blank white screen on desktop.

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:
- Quit the Figma desktop app
- Open Terminal.app and enter the following command:
rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma"
- Try opening the desktop app again
