I’ve tried to contact Sales numerous times for an Enterprise discussion - I’ve contacted via my Work Email and even resorted to sending through a request on my personal email incase my work email was bouncing Figma based on the company security filter.
I’ve not received a single response from Figma Sales, and it seems others have had this same issue?

Normally, the team responds within 48-72 hours, but our team has been busy with Config 2024 last week. I’ve escalated my previous request to the Sales team again to have someone reach out ASAP!
Same here. I’ve put in multiple requests via “contact sales” under enterprise, but no one has reached out. Seems like people are having some luck using the community tool, so I’d like to see what the current wait time is for a reply and/or be added to the contact list in this way. Thanks!
