hello, I was facing the same issue. Turns out you just need to click on the “Free” as it shows in your screenshot → upgrade to Professional plan → say “yes” to “Is this an education Team?” and it should work. For reference visit this thread: Figma Education Plan Troubleshooting - #13 by Gleb
