You can embed a Figma file within a Figma file like this: Copy the link to the file or prototype. Open or create a new FigJam file. Add a link preview to the FigJam file. Copy object with interactive preview. Paste in the Figma file. Click the “View” button on the interactive preview object. Please note that an interactive preview object cannot be interacted with in Presentation mode.
