Billing Issues With No Response

Has anyone else been charged twice in Figma? I switched to the annual plan but continue to be charged for the monthly plan, too. I’ve tried reaching out to Figma’s customer support and have yet to hear a response after two attempts.

Anyone else having these issues or ways to contact the Figma team and actually get a response?
