Good day. After the version update, the problem has recurred—the files have disappeared from Figma. The first time the issue arose was with the update on October 24, 2024. With the latest update, a significant portion has gone missing (approximately 15 files).

Sorry to hear about the issue with your account. Could you please check if there are any files in the Trash? It’s possible that someone from your team accidentally deleted files or projects. When projects are deleted, the files are moved to the Trash. If you find them there, you can restore them:
If there are no files in the Trash, could you share a few links to files you previously accessed? You might be able to find them in your browser history. I can then check their status to see if they have been deleted.
