While unistalling the desktop app on my system I accidently deleted my account. I need this to be restored asap. Let me know how I can proceed with it.

When an account is deleted, this includes all files that you owned and your drafts. This is a permanent action that unfortunately cannot be undone.
I can understand this may not be the news you’re hoping for. However, if there are any files you’d like to access again that were owned by other users, you can request access with your new account (if you have create a new one) to regain access.
