Not sure what you mean by that but maybe this video would have an answer:

If I understand your question correctly, accessing local components or from a library would be in the Assets panel in the upper top left side.

If you need to access a component library, select the book icon (with blue dot) and a pop up will appear for you to select which library you want to use. Find the library you want to use and it will appear below “Local components” and “Used in this file”.
